We agree costs in writing before work starts. Where the work can be defined we offer a fixed fee; otherwise we give an estimate and tell you if it changes. See our fees page for guide prices and hourly rates.

We do not hold a legal aid franchise, so matters are privately funded. If you cannot pay in full at instruction, you may be able to pay half the agreed fee upfront and the balance in monthly instalments. See our fees page.

Bring photo ID, proof of address and any letters, orders or agreements connected with your matter. We will tell you if anything else is needed.
